Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza



1 package Krusteaz Fudge Brownie Mix

Peanut Butter Topping:

1 cup peanut butter

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup candy coated chocolate pieces.


Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie mix as directed. Spoon batter into lightly greased, 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 23-27 minutes. For Peanut Butter Topping: Place peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. Spread over prepared brownie pizza. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over peanut butter topping layer. Top with candy coated chocolate



Mounds Brownies



  • 1 Family Size (9×13) pan of brownies, prepared
  • 5 1/3 Cups shredded coconut
  • 14oz Can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Can of chocolate frosting


  1. Prepare brownies and let cool completely.
  2. In the bowl of your mixer combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Spread coconut mixture over brownies.
  4. Place can of frosting in the microwave for 10 seconds (please be sure to remove foil liner and lid) until pourable.
  5. Pour frosting over the coconut mixture. Let cool and set up.

Banana Split Brownie Pizza



1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) brownie mix

Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on brownie mix box

1 quart (4 cups) favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

2 medium bananas, sliced (1 1/2 cups)

1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup hot fudge topping

Whipped cream, if desired

Heat oven to 350° F (325° F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray or grease 12-inch pizza pan. Make brownies as directed. Spread in pan.

Bake 20 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from center comes out almost clean. Cool completely.Spread slightly softened ice cream evenly over brownies. Freeze at least 1 hour or until ice cream is firm. Just before serving, top with strawberries and bananas; sprinkle with pineapple and pecans. Drizzle with hot fudge topping. Serve wiith whipped cream, if desired.
