6 cups chopped seedless watermelon 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup mango, chopped 1 cup water 2/3 cup white sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until your desired consistency. You can strain it or leave with bits of watermelon. Chill or serve over ice.

Paradise Smoothie

Ingredients

1 medium ripe peach, sliced

2 tbsp chopped Hass avocado

1/3 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries

3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt

3 tbsp 100% pomegranate juice

1 tsp grapeseed oil

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree about 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a tall straw.

Energy-Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

2 tbsp 100% pure cocoa powder

2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter

1 medium ripe banana

8 oz non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

4 to 6 ice cubes

Dash of cinnamon

Directions

Pour peanut butter, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt and ice cubes into blender and mix at high speed.

Slice banana, add into mixture, and re-blend.

Pour smoothie into two cups and serve. Sprinkle dash of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
