1 scoop whey protein

1000 mg of chitosan

1 cup water

4-5 ice cubes

1/2 banana

1 handful of frozen blueberries

1/2 pack milled flaxseed

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and enjoy!
